Villa Palomba

Todi, Camerata

A 17th century hunting lodge restored into a 4 bedroom home with modern conveniences for your comfortable holiday stay. The property is called Palombara, as the local dialect name for wood-pigeon is called Palomba, and this was a place where the local wood-pigeon hunters would gather. The home sits nestled in the beautiful Umbrian countryside with wonderful views of the valley. The exterior has been recently developed with attention to detail for your enjoyment. The outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and views provide a wonderful setting for “alfresco” dining. The original wood burning was once the venue for the families of the neighboring village of Camerata. Today the oven is fully functional and part of the summer kitchen. The tranquil setting, interior and exterior amenities, provide a perfect spot for an Italian experience.
